Overview

BFK-3200W is an acetylenic diol nonionicsurfactant. Due to its special structure, the product has multiple functionssuch as defoaming, wetting, improving dispersion, improving flow and leveling,etc. It can effectively reduce surface tension. It controls foam, stabilizesconsistency and viscosity, and is tried in water-based systems. It has goodfoam suppression and defoaming functions and can be used together withtraditional defoamer. This can reduce the dosage of traditional defoamer andavoid disadvantages such as fish eyes, pinholes, creep lines, etc., and alsoplays a very good role in controlling microbubbles.

Application areas

Water-based industrial coatings,water-based wood paint, water-based plastic paint, water-based ink, OPV,pressure-sensitive adhesive, metal working fluid, pigment and dye manufacturing.

Usage and dosage

It is recommended to add emulsion or resinagent and other surfactants first, and then add BFK-3200W to make it disperseinto the system as quickly as possible. It must be fully dispersed for 15-30minutes. The recommended addition amount is 0.5-1.0%.
