Overview

BFK-2310 is a polyester-modifiedpolydimethylsiloxane solution used as a silicone-containing surface additivefor solvent-free and solvent-based coating systems, printing inks, adhesivesand high-temperature curing plastic systems. The additive can significantlyreduce the surface tension of the coating system, thereby improving substratewetting and preventing shrinkage. It can increase surface smoothness andimprove gloss. The additive does not decompose thermally between 150°C and210°C and does not affect the weight. Paint.

Usage and dosage

It can be added at any stage in theproduction process. Due to different formulas and conditions, it is recommendedthat users conduct experiments to determine the optimal addition amount beforeuse. The recommended addition amount is 0.05-0.5% (total formula amount).
