Overview

BFK-2021 is a special acrylic modifiedsurfactant that can prevent the occurrence of shrinkage cavities, pinholes,fish eyes, orange peel and other defects in the coating film, and obtain thebest flow and leveling properties with good compatibility. It does not affectthe adhesion between layers and is suitable for use in high-quality varnishesand paints. It will not cause turbidity and haze, and is conducive to pigmentwetting and dispersion. It is especially suitable for cars that require highgloss, no orange peel, and excellent vividness. Paints, powder coatings andhigh-end industrial coatings.

Usage and dosage

It can be added at any stage in theproduction process. For paints and varnishes, it is recommended to be addedbefore grinding to help the pigments wetting and dispersing. Due to differentformulas and conditions, it is recommended that users conduct experiments todetermine the optimal amount of addition before use. , the recommended additionamount is 0.1-1.0% (total formula amount).
