Overview

BFK-2020 is an acrylic modified surfactantwith low viscosity and high active ingredients. It can prevent the occurrenceof shrinkage cavities, pinholes, fish eyes and other defects in the coatingfilm, obtain optimal flow and leveling properties, and has excellent phaseproperties. Capacitive and recoatable, it does not affect the adhesion betweenlayers. It is suitable for high-quality varnishes and paints. It will not causeturbidity and haze, and is conducive to pigment wetting and dispersion. It isespecially suitable for applications that require high gloss and no orangepeel. Excellent vivid car paint, powder coating and high-end industrialcoating.

Usage and dosage

It can be added at any stage in theproduction process. For colored paints, it is recommended to add it beforegrinding to help the pigments wetting and dispersing. Due to different formulasand conditions, it is recommended that users conduct experiments to determinethe best addition amount before use. It is recommended The addition amount is0.1-1.0% (total formula amount).
