Overview

BFK-950 is an acid-modified polymersuitable for adding to baking paint. At the same baking time, lowering thebaking temperature, shortening the baking time, and promoting processingapplicability can reduce operating costs and promote production speed. When thetemperature reaches above 70°C, the effect of promoting the curing reactionbegins, which is Non-blocked polymer substances, unlike general sulfonatebaking paint accelerators, will not be released from the coating film, havegood storage stability, and are not easy to gel.

Application scope

Suitable for alkyd/melamine (partialbutanol etherification) baking paint and acrylic/melamine (partial butanoletherification) baking paint systems.

Usage and dosage

It can be added at any stage in theproduction process. Due to different formulas and conditions, it is recommendedthat users conduct experiments to determine the optimal addition amount beforeuse. The recommended addition amount is 1.0-4.0% (total formula amount).
