Overview

BFK-A is a high molecular polymer, anenvironmentally friendly adhesion promoter, especially designed for silverpaint. It can increase the adhesion to various substrates. It can be added tometal paints, plastic paints, and inks to effectively prevent aluminum powder.It will fall off and improve the adhesion of the aluminum silver paste in thepaint. It will not become coarse or black, and will not affect the storagestability of the paint. It also effectively enhances the adhesion betweencoatings of each system, as well as the inner layer adhesion between metals,inorganic substances or certain plastics and coatings.

Application scope

In systems such as plastic coatings,hardware paints, automotive coatings, and inks.

Usage and dosage

It can be added at any stage in theproduction process. Due to different formulas and conditions, it is recommendedthat users conduct experiments to determine the optimal addition amount beforeuse. The recommended addition amount is 0.8-2.5% (total formula amount).
