Overview

BFK-1003W is a water-based epoxy-modifiedphosphate ester polymer that can significantly improve the adhesion of coatingsto metal surfaces such as aluminum, aluminum alloys, zinc, stainless steel,glass and other substrates, and promote the cross-linking and curing of theresin system. Increases solvent resistance, paint adhesion, and salt sprayresistance without affecting storage stability.

Application scope

Coil coating, hardware paint,electroplating gold oil, stainless steel varnish, toy paint, water-based resinsynthesis, etc.

Usage and dosage

It can be added at any stage in theproduction process. Due to different formulas and conditions, it is recommendedthat users conduct experiments to determine the optimal addition amount beforeuse, which is 1.5-3.0% of the total amount.
