BFK-1001 is an epoxy-modified phosphateester polymer that can significantly improve the adhesion of coatings to metalsurfaces such as aluminum, aluminum alloys, zinc, stainless steel, glass andother substrates, promote the cross-linking and solidification of the resinsystem, and increase the Solvent resistance, improved paint adhesion, enhancedsalt spray resistance, without affecting storage stability.

Application scope

Coil coating, hardware paint,electroplating gold oil, stainless steel varnish, toy paint, etc.

Usage and dosage

It can be added at any stage in theproduction process. Due to different formulas and conditions, it is recommendedthat users conduct experiments to determine the optimal addition amount beforeuse, which is 1.5-3.0% of the total amount.
