Overview

BFK-1111 is a multifunctional polymerdispersant that can be fully adsorbed on the surface of the base material. Ithas super wetting and dispersing functions and can form steric hindrance toeffectively prevent the precipitation of powder during the storage process ofthe paint. It returns to coarseness and keeps the viscosity stable. When usedin PE primer, it can prevent greening. It is especially effective in preventingcracking of PE primer.

Usage and dosage

General pigments or fillers need to beadded before grinding and stir thoroughly.

For inorganic pigments, it is generally0.5-3% of the weight of the pigment.

For organic pigments, it is generally20-50% of the weight of the pigment.

0.2-0.5% of the total amount of the formula
