BFK-150 is a bifunctional polymer compoundthat increases the dispersion and wetting properties of various pigments,prevents carbon black pigments from returning to coarseness and flocculation,increases the dispersion and positioning performance of aluminum silver paste,and prevents coarsening of carbon black pigments. It has heavy dispersionproperties with oxidized aluminum silver paste, promotes the hiding power andsparkle of aluminum silver paste, and effectively prevents problems such aspigment settlement and agglomeration.

Usage and dosage

General pigments need to be added beforegrinding and stir thoroughly.

The general dosage of carbon black pigmentis 80-100% of the weight of the pigment.

The general dosage of aluminum silver pastepigment is 0.5-2.0% of the weight of the pigment.

The dosage of inorganic pigments is 15-30%of the weight of the pigment.

The dosage of organic pigments is 30-70% ofthe weight of the pigment.

The general dosage of titanium dioxide is3-5% of the weight of the pigment.

Things to note

In high-temperature paint systems, it willhave a certain impact on adhesion. Please test the recoatability before use.
