Overview
BFK-5302W is a water-soluble acrylic resinmodified with a special hydrophilic group. It is mainly used for surfacecoating of various metal products, glass, and plastics. It has gooddirectionality and excellent alignment for water-based silver powder, etc. Thecoated items have a strong metallic feel, good hardness and excellent adhesion.It can be used as baking paint or self-drying paint.

Compatibility
This product has good compatibility withwater-soluble acrylic resin, (semi)methyl etherified amino resin, andwater-soluble epoxy resin.

How to use
First, fully soak the water-based aluminumsilver paste with anti-whitening water to moisten it, then prepare the paintaccording to the above reference formula, stir thoroughly, then slowly adddeionized water (oil: deionized water = 10:3) and 40 while stirring. -50%anti-whitening water is fully dispersed and evenly dispersed, and then dilutedwith diluent (anti-whitening water 7: deionized water 3) or PMA to theappropriate spraying viscosity. When making baking paint, it is recommended touse it with (semi)methyl etherified amino resin to increase the cross-linkingdensity and bake it in an oven at 130-150°C for 20-30 minutes. When made fromdry paint, it should be baked at 60-80℃ for 20-30 minutes, and the alcoholresistance test should be done after 48 hours.
